Support for FATS is available 9:00am - 5:00pm EST by phone or email. Premium support includes up to 8 support
incidents during the subscription period. Per incident support includes the necessary communication to resolve one issue.
If paid annually, Premium Support entitles you to free major release upgrades. Otherwise, an upgrade fee is requred to move from
one major release to the next. Minor releases (e.g. 6.3, 6.4) are always free. Premium support is not available for FATS Lite, but you can purchase yearly support.
